NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Updates to the Greenfield Excavation Regulation
Pursuant to RSA 675:6 & 7, the Greenfield Planning Board will hold a public hearing on January 26, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Offices to consider proposed revisions/updates to the Excavation Regulation (1990). The effect of the proposed changes will be to update the language of the regulation to bring it into compliance with current state RSAs:
The proposed changes are available for public access at the Greenfield Town Office, 7 Sawmill Road, or on the Town Website.
